Sophie has conducted over 500 hours within the helping profession, helping people navigate domestic and sexual abuse and therefore is also a trauma-informed therapist. Due to the passion experienced in this role Sophie qualified with a First Class BA Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a DipHE in Person Centred Counselling. She now focuses all of her energy on empowering people to overcome challenges, enhance self-awareness, build confidence and achieve mental wellness. Real Therapy and Coaching sessions are tailored to individual needs and also offers couples sessions to work through issues in their relationship safely. Sophie is also proud to be recognised as a registered member of the  BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) .  

CPD relating to Trauma Informed Practice, Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse,  ADHD Awareness and Couples Therapy are contributions towards her practice.
